Ahoy Sea wolves. With possibly less then 24 hours till the first Finish in the Imoca class for the Transat Jacques Vabre 2023. The tension is high and the the stakes are real. Ruyant and Lagraviere have build a solid and if their luck holds, they could very well win this epic race! But the batlle for 2nd and 3rd place and 4th and 5th are closer then ever! With paprec Arkea and For the planet in a super close battle for second and third place, and Innitiatives Coeur and Charal duking it our for 4th and 5th place. With likely less the 24 hours to sail, and likely still quite some maneuvers ahead, the race is still completely open!
In the Class 40 we see a clear split between the Western en Southern group as with the Imoca fleet, but with still several days of sailing ahead there is still a lot more space to gain ground on the leaders, alhough Grand Perelli seems to have again pushed itself to the best positon in the fleet, and having regained the lead. But will they be able to hold on for the next few days till the finish?
